14:365 Lost and Found

14:365 Lost and Found
We recently started cleaning out an old shed that belonged to Daddy. I wish that I could say that it was full of fabulous antiques, but it was mostly junk. This is my son's BMX bike from about 1988. I bought it at the Western Auto, a store that doesn't exist any more. Anyway, it was lost and is now found. This is theme #178 Lost and Found.

Great post to the theme...did your son remember the bike?

I love the colors in this shot. The rusty reds and the blues of both the bike and the fence are complimentary shades. It makes them seem companionable.

This is a really good picture - love the bike against the grungy textured shed, really nice composition!

I like it as well, maybe even try an HDR to make it really pop.

In answer to Candy's question, no he did not remember the bike. He was only about 10 when he got it.

This is a really cool shot. Will we see more from your Daddy's shed?
