12:365 Outdoor Seating

12:365 Outdoor Seating
The weather this year has been crazy. I took this photo last week in Mobile, Alabama, and the temperature may drop to 10 degrees tonight. It was a very pleasant day when we visited Bellingrath Gardens. This is theme #221 Outdoor Seating.

Beautiful summer like image - can't believe you took that last week! Bet it looks totally different after the cold hits!! Pretty!

What an elegant shot. The intricate design of the bench complements the patterns in the foliage.

I can't help but compare it (with envy!) to the photo I posted a few days ago of an empty bench--mine was surrounded by ice and snow!

Lovely,peaceful-looking spot. I hope you took the time to sit and contemplate for a while...

I think I just left my comment in the wrong place.

Anyway, it's a lovely spot. I hope 10 degrees doesn't last long enough to hurt the greenery.

Your composition couldn't have been better! Like it was waiting just for your shot. Colors blend and make the textures of the area work very well together. The stairs lead to further exploration, which makes me want to take a stroll. Well done.

This is a marvelous photo for those of us in dreary days. The iron work on the seat back of this bench looks like copies of the ferns drooping over it. I hope they survived the temperature drop.

Whoopee, finally an outdoor seat that someone can sit on, no snow no ice perfect setting. Shame my eyes can't pick detail in small shots, even on flickr
