119:365 Blue

119:365 Blue
My mom, sister, and I went to New Orleans to visit my cousin who lives in a beautiful Creole cottage in the French Quarter. Most of the people who live and work downtown use a bicycle as a major means of transportation. This blue bicycle was parked across the street from my cousin’s home one morning. Theme #28 Blue.

Clara, that is very atmospheric. I feel like you've taken us to a different country. The blue bike is noteworthy as is the lovely red door...

I noticed that in the gallery - I love the colors and the composition - for some reason it is really eye catching! Nice, Clara!!

What a cute bike with the colorful basket. The colors of the basket coordinate nicely with the house.

I like the sprightly colors. It's nice slice-of-life shot, as well as a portrait of a disappearing lifestyle.
