Ron, in answer to your question. My Daddy was in and around New Orleans during and after World War II. Before I went there for the first time he told me to be sure and eat a Lucky Dog and drink a Hurricane.

hot dog vendors are the best! I remember these guys from my time stationed at Biloxi back in the 70's. a bunch of us would get together and we'd drive to new orleans for the weekends. ince capture.
