247:365 Hours, Days, Months, Years

247:365 Hours, Days, Months, Years
My grandfather had lots of ideas, and he meticulously wrote them down and saved them. He was the principal of a school, and in the 1950's he wrote down a plan to improve student achievement that was much like the No Child Left Behind program that we have today. He proposed a year-round school calendar in the late 1950's that is much like the calender that we use in Alabama and Georgia today.

His biggest idea was a Perpetual Calendar and he sent this plan to everyone including Dwight Eisenhower, John Foster Dulles, John F. Kennedy, George Wallace, and Dear Abby. It makes sense to me.
Theme #152.

I wonder where you got your determination from Clara?

What a shame your Grandfather father didn't get credit for these things. He must have been very brilliant! Nice that you still have his records. Great shot for the theme.
