162:365 Nursery Rhyme

162:365 Nursery Rhyme
I have several Avon bottles that depict different nursery rhyme characters. My favorite is Little Miss Muffet. I read that a piece of black tile would make a great reflecting surface for photography. Large pieces of black tile were very expensive, so I purchased a piece of black stained glass at Hobby Lobby. Theme #204 Nursery Rhyme.

That makes a perfect reflective surface and Little Miss Muffet looks great seated there.

Is that the one that goes:
Little Miss Muffett sat on her Tuffett, eating her curds and whey.
Done came a spider and sat down beside her; and she said BUZZ OFF Hairy Legs?

Wasn't that a clever idea? I'll keep it in mind, since it worked so well for you. I like how much detail can be had in a plain white figure. It conveys the story very well.

Very nice shot. Using the glass is very inventive! This is a hard theme and you were very clever to think of your Avon bottle!
