45:365 Candy I went to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park this weekend, so I have lots of pictures to come. This photo was made in a candy store in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This is theme #40 Candy.
43:365 Time Warp This sign on an Alabama county courthouse caught my eye. I haven't thought about a Fallout Shelter since 1965. I thought that they went out with the practice of school children drilling on how to get under their desks in case "the Big One" should be dropped. This is my chosen theme for this week- Time Warp.
42:365 Sleepy It seems like I am going down the list of the Seven Drawfs. The next is Sleepy. This is my dog and he is relaxed in the morning sun that is streaming in through the window. This is theme #288 Sleepy.
Mr. Grumpy here is telling me that he can get really mean if he needs to. There was a very secure fence between him and me, and I was still watching his every move. This is theme #133 Grumpy.
40:365 Perfect Alignment There is a patch of buttercups on my Mother's road that always bloom in the middle of February. I always try to plan a trip home so that I can see them. Buttercups are my favorite because they are the first splash of color and they bring with them the promise of spring. It looks like four of these sweeties are standing in a perfect line waiting for me to take their picture. This is theme #231 Perfect Alignment.
39:365 Stripes We pass through Lineville, Alabama, often, but I just noticed this bench today. So, of course, I stopped the car and took a picture. This is theme #306 Stripes.
